Event details

How can we use our leadership, influence and resources to create a stronger and more sustainable Gloucestershire?

Join C2S, Charles Russell Speechlys and Gloucestershire Community Foundation for an afternoon exploring women’s leadership and the difference we can make through our businesses, connections and commitment to the place we call home.

Gloucestershire’s future depends on more than economic success. It depends on thriving communities, access to opportunity and people willing to work together to address the county’s longer-term challenges.

Bringing together perspectives from business, law and philanthropy, our panel will share their leadership experiences and explore how we can turn influence into meaningful action.

Meet our panel

  • Jo Walker, CEO, Gloucestershire Community Foundation

  • Claudine Morgan, Partner, Charles Russell Speechlys

  • Sarah O’Neill, Founder, Cotswold Collective

Through an open and engaging conversation, we’ll explore:

  • Leading with purpose: staying true to your values while navigating competing pressures.

  • Opening doors: using connections and experience to create opportunities for others.

  • Supporting sustainable growth: balancing commercial success with the needs of our communities and environment.

  • Creating a lasting legacy: making local giving accessible and helping people and businesses invest in Gloucestershire’s future.

We’ll also hear about Gloucestershire Community Foundation’s ambition to establish a sustainable fund for the county, and the role we can all play in supporting lasting local impact.

There will be opportunities to ask questions, contribute your perspective and continue the conversation over wine and nibbles.

Programme

4.00–4.30pm: Arrival, drinks and connections
4.30–6.00pm: Welcome, panel conversation and audience discussion
6.00–6.30pm: Wine, nibbles and further conversation

Whether you lead a business, support a community organisation or want to play a more active role in the county’s future, join us to share ideas, build relationships and explore what we can achieve together.
