Emily works closely with businesses across a range of sectors, advising on all aspects of employment law and helping organisations navigate the ever-changing workplace landscape. She supports clients with day-to-day HR and employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, performance issues, discrimination, redundancy processes, and unfair dismissal claims.
She also provides guidance on more strategic employment matters such as restructures, TUPE, employment contracts and policies, as well as ensuring businesses remain compliant with the latest legislative changes.
