Steve joined BPE in 2005\, spending six years in the personal injury department where he worked for both claimants and defendants. During this period\, he gained significant experience in claims involving stress and anxiety\, as well as advising on prosecutions brought by the Health and Safety Executive. In 2012\, Steve joined the Employment department\, transferring his personal injury expertise into the employment law arena. He advises private sector clients\, many of whom hold public sector contracts\, on matters including discrimination\, unfair dismissal\, and TUPE. He provides day-to-day advice and has played a key role in guiding clients through the evolving legal landscape\, particularly in relation to holiday pay.
