PR Agency Strengthens Team with Appointment of Former SOHO Coffee Executive

Award-winning Cheltenham-based public relations agency, HeadOn PR, has appointed Amy Broadbent as Account Executive in response to growing demand for AI search and digital PR services.

Amy, 24, joins from national coffee brand SOHO Coffee, where she was PR, Social Media and Community Executive, bringing with her hands-on experience across PR, digital marketing and social media management.

Holding a Master’s degree in PR, Communications and the Media from the University of Gloucestershire, Amy will be supporting a growing portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, delivering strategic PR campaigns, media relations and digital content.

The appointment comes at a pivotal time for HeadOn, based in Eagle Tower, which has seen five years of sustained growth and continuous investment in new services.

Most recently the agency launched Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) services, helping brands improve visibility in AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Perplexity – an area of increasing demand as customer change the way they search for products and services.

Latest figures show that ChatGPT alone now receives more than two billion prompts a day, as audiences turn to AI for instant answers, while Semrush predicts that AI search visitors will surpass traditional search visitors in 2028.
