C2S members Gloucestershire College and Lorrin White of Time For Strategy are working together to help local businesses develop the skills and confidence to make better use of artificial intelligence.
Gloucestershire College has launched a new AI Strategy & Opportunity programme, designed specifically for business leaders, senior managers and decision-makers looking to understand how AI can support productivity, performance and future growth.
Led by AI strategy specialist Lorrin White, the 30-hour programme focuses on the practical opportunities AI presents, helping businesses cut through the hype, identify where it can add real value and develop a clear approach to adoption.
The training is part of a new government-backed initiative offering shorter, more flexible apprenticeship units, enabling employers to upskill existing staff without committing to a full apprenticeship. Funding is available through the Growth and Skills Levy, with eligible employees of non-levy-paying businesses currently able to access fully funded AI training.
The programme begins on 11 November 2026 at Gloucestershire College’s Cheltenham campus, with limited places available.
It’s great to see two C2S members collaborating to help businesses across Gloucestershire build the skills needed to navigate technological change.
