Gloucestershire fit out specialists, Gravity Office Interiors, successfully partner with Ballards to deliver their flagship office in Waterside, Worcester, supporting the firm’s recent rebranding. The 6850 sq ft refurbishment forms a key part of this repositioning, creating a modern and flexible workspace designed to support growth and reflect company values.

As the brand continues to evolve, the firm celebrates a recent rebranding on March 23rd. A key milestone within this is the refurbishment of an existing workplace into a flagship office. On the project, CEO of Ballards, James Syree says:

Trusted to deliver the project on time and within budget, the project required clear communication and a collaborative approach to ensure the finished environment supported the firm’s repositioning, future recruitment plans, agile approach and client experience, while reinforcing Ballards standing as a leading firm in Worcester.

The full refurbishment was delivered across 8 weeks. Key features within the workplace include a striking reception area, acoustic meeting pods, flexible collaboration zones, modernised meeting rooms and subtle brand elements that reinforce the firm’s values. The refurbishment provides the capacity and flexibility to support work in many different ways, enabling new hires, varied work styles and a client experience that reflects the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Now completed, the Worcester office serves as a flagship to support the professional services of the team.
