Many established businesses face a familiar challenge: the founder remains the primary salesperson. Despite having a team in place, the founder is still personally leading key client meetings, pitching major deals, and driving revenue day-to-day.

This creates a significant bottleneck. Growth is constrained by the founder’s time and availability, sales cycles stretch, and opportunities often stall because the business depends on one person, or a few key people to make things happen. While revenue may continue to increase, scalability, profitability, and business value are all constrained.

At the same time, many founders aspire to eventually exit the business — to sell it, attract investment, or create a transferable asset. But a company that cannot operate independently is difficult to value and challenging to scale.

This interactive workshop brings together founders facing similar challenges. Participants will explore structured sales processes, qualification standards, hiring practices, and repeatable systems — and apply them directly to their own businesses.

The goal is clear: to build a sales engine that produces predictable results, improves EBITDA, and prepares the business for growth and exit — creating a company that can win deals, scale, and thrive without the founder in every conversation.
