Ideally, you will come from a lettings background; however, we are open to candidates with strong administrative experience and exceptional communication skills.

DAY TO DAY

• Preparing marketing materials for student rental properties
• Managing queries from students and guarantors, providing exceptional customer service
• Completing tenant referencing and guarantor checks
• Processing tenancy applications and conducting Right to Rent checks
• Ensuring paperwork is accurate and tenancy agreements are completed
• Supporting property viewings, liaising with tenants and landlords
• Assisting with the marketing and launch of new rental properties
• Offering ad hoc support to the wider lettings team, including holiday cover and business development activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Confident, meticulous, and highly organised
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
• A strong team player who is also motivated and able to work independently
• Confident juggling multiple systems and processes
• Dynamic, adaptable, and unflappable under pressure
• Previous lettings experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Strong administrative skills and experience working in a fast-paced role with changing priorities

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (occasional Saturdays may be required with time off in lieu).
