About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, patient Support Worker to join our team and support a young man who lives at home with his parents. He has a diagnosis of autism and epilepsy and can sometimes display behaviours that may be challenging. He enjoys activities, getting out into the community, and benefits from clear guidance and redirection throughout the day.

There is no personal care involved in this role, and no physical support needs. He mainly requires consistent boundaries and support to stay focused and feel secure.
