SEO Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate SEO Specialist to join our team in either London, St Albans or Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings for our clients. You will work closely with our content, PR and web development teams to ensure all aspects of our clients’ online presence are optimised for success.
Working across a range of client accounts, no 2 days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max across a variety of industries. You’ll work alongside the Account Leads, to deliver high quality work to our clients that makes a difference.
We make decisions based on data, so you’ll be happy digging deep into our client’s campaigns to assess success and be happy to share your idea on how we can constantly improve results.
You’ll be:
- Able to implement data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions for our clients.
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits and be confident to suggest ways to improve search ranking.
- Implementing on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, internal linking, and more.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on SEO performance using industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Providing SEO recommendations, ensuring that best practices are followed and integrated throughout the process.
You’ll have:
- 2+ years of proven experience in an SEO role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms , and ranking factors.
- A passion for AI and how we can use it to produce even better work for our clients, in less time.
- Strong proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, whether this is through email, telephone or face to face meetings.
- Great attention to detail
