Senior Tenancy Management Officer
Job Description
Join us in delivering a tenant focused housing service that truly makes a difference.
In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with residents, act as their advocate, and support them to sustain successful, safe and comfortable tenancies. You’ll work proactively across your neighbourhood, tackling tenancy issues, resolving complex cases, and collaborating with partners to provide early intervention and tailored support.
From neighbourhood inspections to safeguarding referrals, you’ll ensure tenants feel heard, respected and well supported. You’ll also contribute to community development, help shape service improvements, and mentor colleagues, using your expertise to drive positive outcomes.
