The Role

As a Senior Planner, you’ll:
– Lead on planning applications, appeals and pre-application work
– Provide clear, practical and commercially aware planning advice
– Support and mentor junior colleagues
– Work collaboratively with clients, local authorities and trusted partners
– You’ll be trusted to manage your own work while being fully supported by an experienced leadership team.

About You

You’ll have:
– Solid experience in UK town planning
– Confidence in managing your own caseload and client relationships
– A collaborative mindset and enjoyment in supporting others
– Pride in delivering high-quality, well-considered work
– RTPI membership and private sector experience are desirable.
