We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in office interiors and consultative selling to identify client needs, propose creative solutions, and build lasting relationships. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office interiors market.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their needs and goals.
• Present tailored design solutions and proposals that align with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal design, project management, and installation teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, within the Office Interiors or Turnkey FF&E sectors
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Knowledge of office design trends, workplace optimization, and interior solutions.
