Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading property business for the appointment of an experienced Office Manager to join their growing team.

This role can be offered on a 4 day week or 5 days per week with shorter hours.

This pivotal role will see the successful candidate managing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring organisational efficiency across the business. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Office Manager will oversee onboarding, HR administration, facilities, insurance, events, and executive support — helping to maintain a professional, efficient, and positive company image.

This is a varied position offering autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business’s success.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Manage onboarding and HR administration: contracts, documentation, and personnel records.
  • Oversee office operations: supplies, equipment, insurance, and supplier management.
  • Plan and deliver company events, from internal gatherings to client-facing seminars.
  • Provide executive support to senior leadership: diary management, travel, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Act as a central liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience as a PA, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach — able to anticipate needs.
  • Confident communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

DESIRABLE:

  • Event planning and venue sourcing experience.
  • Some HR knowledge (onboarding, contracts, compliance).

AND FOR YOU:

  • £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
