Male Support Worker

Location: Gloucester

Contract: 25 – 40 hours per week

Hours: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 10pm, 7am – 10pm plus sleeps.

Salary: £12.56 per hour

This role is subject to a DBS check, which will be provided by Prosperity Care & Wellbeing.

About the Role:

You will be supporting a gentleman in his early 20s who has a diagnosis of learning disabilities, attachment disorder, and mental health needs. He enjoys activities such as gaming, baking, and fishing. He is highly independent and values his time out in the community on his own.

Please note, he can display behaviours that challenge, so experience in managing such situations with a calm and person-centred approach is essential.

While your primary focus will be supporting this individual, you may also be required to work with other people we support within the service and at other locations, depending on the needs of the service.
