In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of driving strategic workforce planning, cultural transformation, and employee engagement across the organisation-ensuring our people thrive and our values are lived every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a People & Culture strategy that drives growth, strengthens our values, and inspires our workforce.
• Ensure all HR policies, practices, and employee relations are fair, consistent, and fully compliant with UK law and sector standards.
• Build strong pipelines, lead recruitment, and develop strategies to retain and grow the best people at all levels.
• Embed a culture of learning and growth through training, coaching, and leadership development programmes.
• Drive initiatives that boost staff engagement, inclusion, diversity, and overall wellbeing.
• Monitor people metrics, generate insights, and implement improvements to make a real difference across the organisation.
• Provide advice and leadership on complex employee relations matters, ensuring decisions are legally sound, proportionate, and aligned with organisational values and strategic objectives.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a courageous, solutions-focused senior People leader to shape our culture and drive our people strategy. With strong HR expertise and a track record of cultural transformation, you’ll inspire, empower, and support teams across the organisation. Ideally experienced in UK supported living, adult social care, or health, you’ll champion individuals, foster collaboration, and lead initiatives that enhance wellbeing, development, and inclusion.

You will have:

• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) and substantial senior HR/People leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law, CQC standards, and HR best practices.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, underpinned by extensive experience managing complex and high-risk casework, alongside a strong grasp of legislation and how it applies in practice.
• Proven success in leading cultural change, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Courageous, empathetic leadership that champions inclusion, staff development, and a values-driven culture.
