About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to provide person‑centred support to an adult male in his early 40s. The role is currently based in Cheltenham, as he is temporarily living with a family member. He will eventually return to his home in Stroud, so applicants must be able to commute to both locations.

The person we support has a medical condition that causes protein to move up through his body, affecting his legs and pelvis. This results in significant pain, particularly in the mornings, and impacts his mobility. He uses both an electric wheelchair (for use at home) and a manual wheelchair (kept in his mobility vehicle for community outings). He can walk short distances but may struggle due to fatigue and pain.

Why Join Us?

At Prosperity Care & Wellbeing, we pride ourselves on offering a supportive, values-driven culture where you can thrive both professionally and personally. By joining our team, you will have access to:

  • A supportive team and meaningful work where you can make a real difference

  • Free parking in designated areas around Gloucestershire and flexible working options to support a healthy work-life balance
