About the role

 

Cheltenham Borough Council manages some of the town’s most iconic and diverse properties, from council homes and commercial buildings to historic landmarks and leisure facilities. We’re investing heavily in both our buildings and our people, with major refurbishment projects, sustainability initiatives, and exciting new developments underway. This is your chance to be part of a dedicated Property Maintenance team making a real impact across Cheltenham.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Facilities Management Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the Municipal Offices and support several other key sites. You’ll manage our Business Support and Cleaning teams, ensuring high standards across all facilities and you’ll play a key role in shaping safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces for staff, tenants, and the public.
