Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client, a respected professional services organisation in Bath, with their search for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering first-class support to customers across a range of channels, including email, web chat, post, and telephone.

DAY TO DAY

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries across a range of channels
  • Supporting customers with setting up and managing their accounts
  • Handling a variety of customer requests and processing transactions accurately
  • Promoting and assisting with the use of online services and digital tools
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and providing excellent service at all times
  • Ensuring company policies and compliance standards are followed
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different teams and providing support when needed
  • Getting involved in initiatives to improve customer experience and retention

WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and empathetic approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently when required
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
