Are you a skilled and ambitious Corporate Lawyer looking for your next opportunity? We are looking to grow our team and are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our dynamic Corporate and Commercial team, advising businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and management teams across a broad range of corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, group reorganisations and employee ownership trusts.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements and share incentive schemes.
• Supporting clients with company formations, governance matters and corporate compliance requirements.
• Conducting due diligence and coordinating transaction processes from instruction through to completion.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver commercially focused legal solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in Corporate law.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate transactions and company law.
• Experience managing matters independently while working effectively as part of a wider team.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive, commercial and client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines.
