Business/Office Administrator

Job Description

As a Business / Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the head office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support across the business.
This is a varied role that will develop over time, offering the opportunity to grow within the position as the business and your experience evolve.

Front Of House

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Welcome visitors, customers, and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it remains presentable
  • Administration
  • Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is stored correctly
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
  • Fleet Administration
  • Assist with the administration of company vehicles, including taxing vehicles and maintaining records
  • Monitor key dates and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • General Support
  • Provide day-to-day office support to ensure smooth business operations
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of office processes
