Who we are:
Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is a leading supported living and domiciliary care provider based in Gloucestershire. We support adults with a wide range of needs, including learning and physical disabilities, mental health, and neurodiversity. Our approach is rooted in personalised care that sees the person first, not the diagnosis.
We started out in 2020 as small team of five and today are a large business with over 300 employees.
Our passion for self-care and wellbeing continues in Prosperity Holistics, a core part of our business. Our team of expert therapists and consultants are dedicated to providing the best in both traditional and alternative treatments, including massage, reflexology, reiki, yoga, fitness and nutrition and workplace wellbeing workshops. These services are available to the public, staff, and people we support.

What we do:
Inspired by our founder’s personal experience seeking care for his grandfather, our strength, resilience, and focus on continuous improvement drive us to deliver exceptional support every day.
With care at our core, we provide supported living in welcoming, compassionate, and engaging homes. But our commitment goes beyond care alone. We offer meaningful events, activities, education, and holistic therapies that help individuals build skills, gain accreditations, connect socially, enhance wellbeing, and, above all, enjoy life.
We work tirelessly to provide the best possible care and wellbeing service for individuals and their families and, as a result, are rated “Outstanding” by The Care Quality Commission for delivering well-led services and rated “Good” in all other areas.
We were also crowned National Best Home Care Employer at the Care Awards 2025, one of our proudest accolades to date.
Our journey has been powered by the collaboration and support of like-minded companies that uplift one another, share innovations, and exchange best practices. In 2024 we were highly commended in the C2S ‘Growth’ award and are delighted to be nominated for four awards this year: ‘Large Business of the Year’, ‘Leadership,’ ‘Talent, Training and Development,’ and ‘Team of the Year’.

Colin Beard
Co-founder and Managing Director
Colin founded Prosperity Care & Wellbeing in 2020 with a mission to provide a more personal and tailored care and wellbeing service for individuals and their families. He manages business development strategy, regulatory compliance and ensuring compassionate, high-quality care is available to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.
Josh Isaac
Co-founder and Director
As Co-founder and strategic development and finance lead, Josh has transformed Prosperity Care & Wellbeing from a team of five to a large business of over 300 employees. He works closely with the board of Directors and senior management team to develop systems, processes and creating a supportive environment for staff to provide exceptional care.
Kate Smith
Co-Founder and Director
Kate oversees regulatory compliance and the implementation of innovative and high-quality care strategies. With over 20-years of experience in the industry, she combines clinical expertise with compassionate leadership to deliver an empathetic and outstanding service.
