Chris Mould
Partner, Audit
Chris is a Corporate Partner in Crowe’s Cheltenham office with experience of working with a wide range of company sizes and industries including manufacturing, retail and family businesses. Chris heads up the Corporate Audit team in the region but also regularly works with smaller local businesses, on business strategy and growth.
Nick Latimer
Partner, Private Client
Nick is a Private Client Tax Partner in Crowe’s Cheltenham office. Nick specialises in income tax planning, capital gains tax planning, partnerships, inheritance tax, and trusts, as well as advising internationally mobile individuals who may or may not be domiciled in the UK. Nick regularly advises business owners, entrepreneurs and families on appropriate ways to structure their affairs to make the most of tax allowances and reliefs. Nick leads on Real Estate across our Midlands & Southwest offices, bringing significant experience of advising businesses and individuals within the property space.
Paul Cox
Partner, Corporate Tax
Paul is a Corporate Tax Partner in Crowe’s Cheltenham office with a wealth of experience advising on corporate tax matters ranging from tax compliance, incentives such as R&D and capital allowances to wider tax structuring for exit or business growth. Paul specialises in providing sound practical and commercial advice to businesses of all sizes. Paul focuses on building relationships with his clients so that he can provide the level of service clients require at any given time. Paul also co-leads on Technology across our Midlands & Southwest region.
Sharon Smith
Director, Business Solutions
Sharon is a Director in Crowe’s Cheltenham office and part of our Business Solutions team. Sharon works closely with small and medium sized businesses, providing accounts, tax and advisory services where required. Sharon has significant experience supporting family or owner-managed businesses at all stages of their lifecycle, looking not only at the financial aspects, but providing a more holistic approach to the business needs and enabling business owners to focus on their business and future plans.
