Last week, C2S hosted one of the most forward-looking events of the year — Vision 2026, in partnership with award-winning global agency DRPG Group. Designed to inspire, challenge, and energise, the event brought together business leaders to explore the future of leadership, technology, and engagement.

From the very start, attendees were immersed in a dynamic programme combining insightful presentations, interactive sessions, and a behind-the-scenes tour of DRPG’s award-winning studios. The focus? How organisations can thrive in 2026 and beyond by embracing innovation, sustainability, and people-first leadership.

Dale Parmenter: Growth through People, Planet & Profit

DRPG Founder and Chairman, Dale Parmenter, opened the event by sharing the story of building DRPG from a shed in his parents’ garden to a £70m global communications agency employing 400 people across seven locations.

Central to Dale’s approach is the triple bottom line: People, Planet and Profit. Attendees heard how aligning these three pillars can drive growth, improve customer and employee satisfaction, and embed sustainability as a strategic advantage. Dale shared tangible tools and examples from DRPG’s work with some of the world’s most recognised brands, illustrating how strong leadership and a people-focused culture underpin long-term success.

Alan Muskett: Avoiding Burnout in a Fast-Paced World

Author and coach Alan Muskett then tackled one of today’s biggest workplace challenges: burnout. Drawing on his experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and personal insights from his own burnout journey, Alan presented his six-stage Burnout Ladder and practical strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and prepare teams for the challenges of 2026.

DRPG Technology & Innovation: AI, Avatars and Audience Engagement

The final session brought the future to life with DRPG’s Technology and Innovation team, showcasing how AI and avatars are transforming communication, training, and customer engagement. Attendees saw practical examples of how human-centred AI can enhance creativity, boost productivity, and deliver meaningful audience interactions — not just as futuristic ideas, but tools businesses can use today.

A Truly Inspiring Experience

The event was more than just a series of presentations — it was a seat at the table for organisations with a growth mindset, offering a glimpse of the leadership, innovation, and technology shaping the business landscape in 2026. With networking opportunities, a light lunch, and the chance to explore DRPG’s cutting-edge studios, the day left attendees motivated and equipped with actionable insights for their own organisations.

As DRPG celebrates 45 years of excellence, Vision 2026 showcased why the agency remains a multi-award-winning, B Corp certified, King’s Award-winning leader in innovation, brand strategy, marketing, and sustainable growth.

The event reminded everyone that the future belongs to organisations who can balance creativity, people, sustainability, and profit — and who are willing to embrace technology as a strategic advantage.
