Stand bookings are now open for C2S Educational Outreach Live 2026, taking place on Wednesday 25th November 2026 at Cheltenham Racecourse, Gloucestershire. Now in its third year, the event continues to build on its outstanding success, delivering real impact for both students and businesses alike.
Schools consistently report the difference the event makes, with students meeting future employers and discovering career opportunities they didn’t know existed. Last year alone, there were over 3,000 meaningful interactions between students and businesses, alongside hundreds taking part in speed networking sessions and interactive workshops throughout the day.
The event will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm, welcoming schools, colleges, and university students from across the county. In 2025, over 26 schools attended, with close to 2,000 students taking part—numbers that continue to grow year on year.
We are delighted that demand is already building fast, with a significant number of businesses confirmed and hundreds of students registered to attend.
Recognised as the largest and most impactful educational outreach event in the region, this annual initiative brings together nearly 2000 students from Year 10 upwards, alongside schools, colleges, and universities from across the county. Increasingly, schools are choosing to attend this event in place of hosting their own careers fairs, recognising the scale, quality, and inspiration it delivers to students.
With more than 60 businesses expected to take part, the event offers an immersive and engaging experience for young people. From hands-on activities such as virtual reality, robotics, and interactive demonstrations, to mock interviews, workshops, and speed networking sessions, students gain real insight into career opportunities while building confidence and skills for the future.
For businesses, the event provides a unique opportunity to connect directly with the next generation of talent, raise aspirations, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future workforce. It also demonstrates a clear commitment to social value and ESG, supporting young people into employment and helping to sustain the long-term success of the regional economy.
Early-bird stand pricing is now available, with organisers confirming that prices have been held at last year’s rate. However, due to rising venue costs, prices will increase from June, making early booking highly recommended.
The event remains free for students, schools, and parents, made possible through the support of the business community. First Thought Care Services returns as Headline Sponsor for 2026, with a limited number of additional sponsorship opportunities available.
