Help Us Care for Abandoned Cats & Kittens This Spring

Tragically, the number of reported cat abandonment cases has continued to rise year on year since 2021.

There’s a growing crisis driven by factors such as the surge in pet ownership during the Covid-19 pandemic and the ongoing cost of living crisis, which has made it increasingly difficult for some owners to care for their animals, with demand for emergency care and veterinary treatment continuing to escalate.

Basic veterinary needs for abandoned cats have already cost our charity thousands of pounds in the first half of this year alone, placing extreme pressure on our limited resources.

This spring is setting up to be one of the busiest we have ever faced, and without urgent support, we may struggle to meet the growing need.
