That’s why Camilla Barnes (C2S member, B Corp consultant and one of the Gloucestershire B Local co-chairs) and Fran Page (Gloucestershire-based B Corp consultant) created the Gloucestershire Responsible Business Accelerator – an 8-week practical programme designed to help Gloucestershire businesses embed purpose, sustainability and responsible business into their strategy, operations and culture.
Built around the globally recognised B Corp framework, the programme combines expert guidance, collaborative learning and practical action planning to help you move forward with confidence.

Programme format
The Accelerator runs over eight weeks and includes:
- Two in-person workshops at Randall & Payne’s offices in Cheltenham (2 hours each)
- Six weekly online sessions (1 hour each)
- Deep dives into key areas including governance, fair work, JEDI, human rights, climate action and environmental stewardship
- Learning alongside a cohort of ambitious Gloucestershire businesses

- Week 1 (In person): Wednesday 16 September 2026 | 10:00am–12:00pm
- Weeks 2–7 (Online): Wednesdays | 10:00–11:00am
- Week 8 (In person): Wednesday 11 November 2026 | 10:00am–12:00pm
Investment
£1,200 + VAT per business, payable in two instalments of £600 + VAT in September and October 2026.
The programme is delivered by experienced B Corp consultants Camilla Barnes and Fran Page, combining decades of expertise in sustainability, ESG, responsible business, communications and organisational transformation.
