Crowe Live Budget Analysis Will Put Chancellor’s Speech Under the Microscope

Live analysis of Chancellor Rachel Reeves’ “make or break” Budget will be available to business leaders and owners at national audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm Crowe’s popular annual budget event which is being held at Cheltenham Racecourse on Wednesday 26 November.

The Cheltenham event will be hosted by tax partner Nick Latimer and audit partner Chris Mould.

“I can’t recall a Budget that is being awaited with such anticipation. The Chancellor has committed to abiding by Labour Party manifesto commitments, but there is growing ambiguity, and nothing is being ruled out – what we know for sure is that there is going to be a large black hole to fill.

“Our live event is designed to give guests and colleagues immediate and specialist insight following the Chancellor’s speech.

“We will be sharing our instant reactions and lead a focused discussion on the key outcomes and what they mean for our audience of private clients, business owners and their employees.”

– Nick Latimer

“’The chancellor faces some significant challenges in her Budget.

“She will need to provide an essential commercial boost to foster the much-needed economic growth that will drive tax revenues and get the industrial strategy ‘wheels turning’. The brakes are locked on at the moment.

“At the same time, she will need to manage global financial market expectations and also political pressures too. All while keeping within her ‘fiscal rules’ . It will make a very interesting viewing!”

– Chris Mould

The event is free but places are limited and booking is essential. Took book, go to Register here or email joe.sysum@crowe.co.uk
