A new creative-led growth marketing agency, Mondevo, has officially launched with a clear mission: to bring global creative standards to ambitious, growing businesses.
Founded by Matt Hurley, a former Creative Director at an award-winning global B2B technology brand and marketing agency, Mondevo was created to translate enterprise-level strategic thinking into an agile, founder-led model designed specifically for SMEs. Drawing on over 20 years of creative leadership experience working with brands including Dell Technologies, Nvidia, Microsoft and CrowdStrike, the agency aims to close the gap between global agency standards and the realities of growing businesses.
Mondevo’s launch was marked by a deliberately unconventional moment. To celebrate the opening, the agency teamed up with Giuseppe Dell’Anno, winner of The Great British Bake Off, who created a bespoke cake for the launch event. The gesture reflected Mondevo’s belief that bold ideas, craftsmanship and unexpected creativity are what truly make brands memorable.
“Safe ideas don’t inspire attention or growth,” said Matt Hurley, Founder of Mondevo. “From day one, Mondevo has been about doing things differently. The launch wasn’t about ticking boxes — it was about creating a moment people would genuinely remember.”
Since announcing its launch, Mondevo has seen strong early momentum.
