ICE RINK PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Rink Boards
There are a limited number of advertising boards available at this year’s Cheltenham Ice Rink. Your logo or business offer can be displayed on boards facing inwards to the rink – viewed (and photographed!) by over 40,000 skaters plus spectators. £550 (cost includes production).
Digital Adverts
A digital screen located in high traffic area, displaying digital adverts from local businesses and attractions. With up to 155 skaters per session plus spectators (hourly) throughout the day, this is a brilliant and affordable way to display your brand and current promotional offers to the ice-skating audience over the 6-weeks. £300 for full duration.
Sponsor our magical character sessions
This December, Cheltenham Ice Rink will host four enchanting themed sessions featuring family favourites like Elsa, Anna, Spidey and Wonder Woman (on 13th and 31st December).
We’re inviting a local sponsor to support these sessions for £1,500 + VAT which includes:
- Branding at the activation zone (materials provided by sponsor)
- On-site presence to engage with families
- Promotion via Visit Cheltenham & Ice Rink social channels
- Sponsor feature in Visit Cheltenham’s newsletter (31k subscribers)
- Optional ticket giveaway to boost awareness

Alongside our character sessions, Cheltenham Ice Rink will host a range of themed events this season – from adult-only evenings to student nights.
