With over 25 years’ experience across creative agencies and in-house teams, Louise has built a strong reputation for bringing clarity to complex challenges and leading teams with calm, purposeful direction.

At JFD, she now leads an integrated team spanning branding, production and digital, supporting organisations to communicate their ideas with impact and confidence.

What particularly stands out about Louise’s leadership approach is her passion for developing people — mentoring emerging talent, building confidence within teams, and creating environments where individuals feel trusted and empowered to do their best work.

Based in Great Malvern, Louise also brings a wonderful sense of adventure to her role — when she’s not leading the JFD team, you might find her out on her motorcycle enjoying the freedom and focus of life on two wheels.
