GEL has been delivering leadership, management and business skills for over 25 years. Borne out of a need for skills development in the late 90’s, we have grown and evolved over the years to develop pertinent skills in a pragmatic manner that can be applied the next day in the workplace.

Our repeat business speaks for itself, and our values mean that we only work with businesses that place their staff at the heart of their organisation. We value a relationship-based approach, often designing courses with our clients to fit their needs.  We adapt to suit. We have also invested in our Virtual Learning Platform (VLE) to deliver transparent, real-time reporting to L&D managers, as well as provide learners with 24/7 access to their course materials.   Finally, we provide added stretch to our learners on development programmes, with advice and guidance to L&D leads about relevant pathways.

This is our founder company that holds the apprenticeship contract and delivers management apprenticeship programmes to local organisations and the surrounding counties.

Our courses apply to all levels of a business, from shopfloor to boardroom, and our accreditations comprise ILM, IOSH, NEBOSH, APM and City & Guilds (level 2 to level 7).
