Jim Devine

Group HR Director

Jim joined Spirax in 2016 to lead the Group HR function.

Jim joined Spirax from Chemring plc where he was Group HR Director. Throughout his career, Jim held a range of senior HR positions at companies including Centrica plc, Ford Motor Company and BAE Systems. 

Beth Merris

HR Business Partner

Beth has several years’ HR Generalist experience in both construction and manufacturing/engineering sectors.  she has been at Spirax Group for nearly 5 years.

Beth has a Level 5 CIPD: Intermediate Human Resource Management and a 2:1 Psychology BSc (Hons) – University of Worcester.
