Women Shaping the Future
Join C2S as we come together to mark International Women’s Day 2027 with an inspiring event celebrating the women who are leading, influencing and helping to shape the future of our businesses, organisations and communities.
We are delighted to be hosting this special event at the University of Gloucestershire’s new City Campus in the heart of Gloucester — a fitting setting for a conversation focused on ambition, opportunity and the future.
We will hear from an inspiring line-up of women from across business, education and the wider community, sharing their experiences of leadership, the lessons they have learnt along the way and their thoughts on what needs to happen next to create greater opportunity for future generations.
We are especially pleased to welcome Dame Clare Marchant, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Gloucestershire, as one of our speakers.
Alongside our speakers, there will be plenty of opportunity to meet and connect with people from across the C2S community, exchange ideas and continue the conversation.
International Women’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate how far we have come, but also to look ahead. What can we learn from those creating change today? How do we encourage more women to step forward, lead and fulfil their potential? And what role can all of us play in creating workplaces and communities where talent and ambition can thrive?
This is a conversation for everyone.
Come along to connect, be inspired and celebrate the people helping to shape what comes next.
Further speakers and event details will be announced soon.
