Our C2S Family Business Forum brings together leaders from family-owned and family-run businesses to share experiences, explore common challenges and discuss the opportunities that come with running a business across generations. 🤝
Join us on 7th May for a relaxed breakfast session, where we will hear from Dorian Kirk, owner of Dr Foster’s and several other restaurants across Worcestershire. Dorian runs the hospitality group Art Hospitality alongside his brother Edwin Kirk, and together they have built a thriving portfolio of venues known for their strong culture, distinctive identity and loyal customer base.
During the session, Dorian will share insights into growing and managing a family hospitality business, the realities of working closely with family members, and the opportunities and challenges that come with expanding a successful brand.
We will also hear short updates from our expert partners at BPE Solicitors and Crowe UK, who will share practical insights on topics particularly relevant to family businesses — from governance and succession planning to financial and strategic considerations. 💡
