What Happens when I Submit an Entry?

You can download the entry form to work on your submission in advance or submit your entry online directly. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your entry with a copy of your submission and our team will contact you if they have any questions.

After submission, you’ll be notified if you’ve made it through to the shortlist. Shortlisted entries are invited to our exclusive, free Shortlist Drinks Evening, a fantastic opportunity to meet the judges, discuss your entry, and network with fellow entrants.

Next Phase: Judging and Finalists

The judging day follows, when judges review all entries, come together to discuss, debate, and select their top six finalists in each category. Those finalists are then notified and invited to a special Finalists Drinks Evening to celebrate their achievements.

All entrants will be invited to the hugely exciting C2S Business Awards Evening at Cheltenham Racecourse on Thursday 2nd July 2026 – the region’s largest and most prestigious business awards event, where successes are celebrated in style and the spotlight shines on the very best of business in the Southwest.
