Talent, Training and Development Award

More about the Talent, Training and Development
Is there a more noble cause than training the workforce of today to cope with the challenges of tomorrow? This award is to recognise and reward those organisations that invest in their people, upskill their people, value continued learning and development, staff retention and talent progression.
The pandemic has placed a strain on both businesses and people over the last few years and with the added pressure of the Cost-of-Living crisis, providing training and support for a workforce is instrumental to wellbeing, success, and growth.
Today’s research shows that continued learning, development, and career opportunities are high on the agenda for employees and should be a big part of any retention and recruitment strategy.
This Talent, Training and Development Award will be assessed and judged on merit and excellence. Entering this award is a spectacular way of showcasing the strengths and successes of your organisation and talent retention and development.
